Quite an interesting, international mixture, we met and rather instantly,  just knew. Broad experiences from the furthest West to quite far in the East. Our culinary journey has been vast, bonding and uniting us to create something special, hopefully something new and unique. From Mainland Europe of Germany, France and Switzerland to the UK, from California to the depths of the Steppes, we have gathered knowledge, discipline and wisdom. 

Most recently, we've worked for many years in the stunning Chew Valley and surrounding areas of Bath and Bristol, the wildness of the Devonshire countryside, the sheer beauty of Exmoor, the old world charm of the  Somerset Quantocks, the sweeping vista of the Wiltshire plains right up to the unbridled opulence of the Cotswolds. We love it all, it's been very kind to us and we are lucky. We don't forget this.
